Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. I am an integrative psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping adults cope with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and the effects of trauma. I am a Certified Trauma Professional trained in Brainspotting.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor II, Master Addiction Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in the state of Georgia. I work with adults 18+ and have extensive experience treating a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, extensive trauma histories, alcohol or drug addiction, and other difficult issues. Through my personal experience and the experience of people I have worked with, I believe that we all have an "inner healer". Often we have lost touch with that resource and need guidance in reconnecting to our deepest resources.
