I am an experienced psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping people cope with anxiety/depression/life changes and stressors.

I have over 10 years over psychotherapy experience. I am certified in both CBT and DBT and I and a Certified Health and Life Coach. I offer both traditional psychotherapy as well as a 90 Day Total Transformation program for both health coaching and life coaching.
