About me

My hope is to create a space for belonging, respect, care, and healing while being aware about the impact of various social identities and systems of oppression.

I serve primarily transitional age youth and BIPOC individuals and families working through various traumas, challenging family dynamics, racial identity, anxiety, and depression. My approach is holistic and client-centered. I integrate modalities dependent on your goals and needs, like Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also use a social justice and trauma-informed lens my work, being mindful of the ways that different systems and historical/intergenerational traumas impact each individual.

I believe is that life is about growing and healing. No one really has it figured out. It is a journey filled with ups and downs. In it we experience hardships, joy, obstacles, love, heartache, miracles, and lessons throughout it all. These experiences feel better when we have someone to share them with. I will provide you with a safe space to share, process, reflect, learn, and heal from these experiences.
