About me
I am an experienced LPC who is passionate in helping others. I am dedicated to helping populations from 13 to 17 years of age and 18 an older. I have vast experience in working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, anger management, grief/bereavement, stress management, relationships and life adjustments to just name a few.
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate in helping others. I believe while our minds carry our emotional stress, our bodies do, too. My passion is helping my clients resolve deeper problems hidden beneath the current patterns. Whatever has you feeling stuck, I am looking forward to be a source of energy and direction as you choose to become unstuck. I have experience in trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, anger management, stress management, relationship issues etc. The population I most serve is in adolescents 13 -17 yrs, adult 18 and up.
