About me

I am a licensed mental health therapist and certified nutritionist who loves helping neurodiverse women and femmes discover body liberation, deeper embodiment, and confidence in applying weight-neutral self-care rituals to improve quality of life.

How many diets have you tried and quit? What if I told you that it wasn’t you failing the diet, but the diet failing YOU? Many of us grew up believing that thin equals healthy, and that sticking to rigid rules around eating and moving would lead to happiness and success. But in reality, sticking to food rules creates stronger and stronger cravings, feelings of powerlessness or guilt, and disconnection from the body’s signals of hunger, fullness, thirst, and more! Dieting can even lead to total loss of control, binge eating, and shame spirals. To heal a chaotic relationship with food, the first step is understand this cycle.
There are few things more deeply personal than how we feed ourselves. I help clients rediscover satisfaction and creativity with food, and learn how to write their own rules! As a certified nutritionist and licensed mental health counselor, my approach facilitates the rebuilding of trust with your body, so that you need not look outside your own cravings, culture, and cues to nourish yourself back to oneness.
Being unhappy in one’s body is not a life sentence! We often use our intuition to guide us to safety, through big life decisions, and in matters of the heart, so why wouldn’t we also use it’s wisdom to guide us to a fulfilling relationship with food and body? I can help you navigate this incredible and challenging journey; call for a free consult today.
