About me
I am a licensed music therapist with added training in internal family systems (IFS) therapy. I love using the creative arts combined with talk therapy to provide trauma informed care to individuals who are artistically inclined.
Specialties:
Trauma informed care
Treating depression and anxiety
Treating neurodiverse individuals (ASD, ADHD, etc.)
Grief and bereavement therapy
Teens and adolescents
Creative artists and performers of all levels
Highly sensitive people
With experience in mental health, hospital, hospice, and educational settings as well as specialized training in trauma and the internal family systems model (IFS), I am able to offer therapy in the context that is most comfortable for you.
Sessions often look like traditional “talk therapy” with a blend of creative and expressive techniques used to heal emotional wounds. By creating a safe and open environment for you to express yourself, we can begin to work together to explore what might be holding you back from becoming your fullest and truest self.
