Therapy sessions can consist of talking, thinking, strategizing, collaborating, planning, experimenting, playing music, playing games, being creative, etc., but especially laughing…and maybe crying. I ask lots of questions, do frequent check-ins and sometimes give homework. I create an environment where you can feel comfortable, connected, and understood.
