Maybe you can’t even figure out what it is you are feeling. You just know you are ready to feel different. I want to make this a personal journey of self-growth. We will figure out what that looks like together! Growing is difficult. Your mind and body will try to revert back to your old ways. I want to help manage all that comes with it so you can become your ideal self!
Therapy sessions can consist of talking, thinking, strategizing, collaborating, planning, experimenting, playing music, playing games, being creative, etc., but especially laughing…and maybe crying. I ask lots of questions, do frequent check-ins and sometimes give homework. I create an environment where you can feel comfortable, connected, and understood.
