About me
My name is Elizabeth "Anne" Gingerich and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida. My approach is person-centered and empowerment-based working collaboratively with individuals to reach goals to live a life of success and happiness.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, tailored to your individual needs, to help you recognize your strengths and understand that you are not alone. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment, trauma-informed care and/or EMDR, I can provide you with knowledge and tools to successfully adapt to life’s stressors and break free from past trauma. I specialize in anxiety, panic, depression, and trauma and can work with you in the comfort and safety of your home via telehealth. I provide a warm, empathetic, and empowering style of communication. I am passionate about working with people to recognize strengths and become resilient in the face of adversity. I intend to provide you with the respect you deserve and a feeling of safety through this process. If you choose to work with me, I will value your input and partner with you for a better future and a more resilient self.
