About me

I provide warm, compassionate therapy for adults and teens who care for everyone but themselves.

You’ve always been the one others can count on—the responsible one, the helper, the caretaker. Maybe you’re an eldest child or grew up feeling like a parent before your time. You’ve learned to thrive on control, meet everyone else’s needs, and keep things together, even when you’re anxious, overwhelmed, or running on empty. On the outside, you may look like you’re doing fine—high functioning, even. But inside, you feel exhausted, disconnected, or weighed down by guilt, overthinking, or self-doubt.

Many of my clients describe themselves this way: people who struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, boundary-setting, anxiety, or depression—and who notice their emotions show up in their bodies before they can even put them into words. For some, these struggles have intensified during pregnancy, postpartum, after a difficult birth, or in the transition to parenthood.

In therapy, you’ll find a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to hold it all together. My approach is validating and compassionate, while also helping you explore new ways of caring for yourself. Together, we’ll work on reconnecting with yourself, releasing unrealistic expectations, and creating a life that feels more authentic, sustainable, and aligned with who you want to be.

You deserve to dedicate time to yourself—not just for those around you, but for your own healing and well-being. I offer in-person therapy in Frisco, TX, and virtual therapy throughout Texas.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DePaul University. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan in both community mental health and healthcare settings. My background includes counseling children and teens during in-school and after-school programs, teaching parenting classes, and providing individual therapy for adolescents and adults. I also spent a decade in the healthcare field supporting patients through emotionally complex medical experiences, including reconstructive procedures and gender-affirming care.
