About me
I take a client-centered approach to assist clients from all walks of life on their journey to emotional, behavioral, and overall wellbeing. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I works with many different presenting concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, everyday life stressors, and more.
