About me

I am an experienced, sensitive, and inclusive clinical psychologist. I work with adults experiencing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, chronic illness, eating disorders, grief, transitions, societal/systemic stress, and more.

Recent years have been a mental health challenge! If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, fatigued, hopeless, you are not alone. Stress is a normal response, and you can't self-care your way out of oppressive circumstances. We don't get to choose the times we are born into, but it's important to find ways to manage the stress and grief of grievous events.

I have worked with people from diverse walks of life for over 20 years. I recognize we do not all have the same environments and resources. I see you as the expert on your life, and I will offer respectful support in managing your stresses and overcoming difficulties, whether they are within yourself or in your environment.
I am licensed to offer tele-health sessions to clients in 39 PsyPact states.
