You find yourself fighting with your partner & it scares you when you feel like this is no different from the relationships you saw as a kid, & you feel like you are only repeating the cycle. It makes you anxious, angry even, to think that you are no better than the family you had to deal with growing up. Enough is enough. You want it to end with you.
