About me
My philosophy is that positive relationships are the most important aspect to a healthy and fulfilling life. My greatest goal is to help others develop themselves so that they can more easily connect with others and reach a high level of satisfaction in their life. I received my B.S in Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology and M.S in Social work from New York University (NYU). I practice as a strength-based clinician specifically in the areas of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma and addiction. I strive to help others actualize their potential and work with all populations no matter their age, race, religion or gender affiliation. I feel that creating a healthy and safe environment for my clients is most important for a positive therapeutic experience.
