About me
Eiyah Shepherd is a psychotherapist with over a decade of counseling experience assisting individuals, families, and romantic partners with a wide range of mental health concerns. Three areas of focus are: trauma, adult ADHD (formerly known as ADD) and interpersonal relationship work. At Soul Tree, we know that romantic and familial relationships often bring issues to the surface of awareness in extremely painful and poignant ways. When approached compassionately, conflict in our most intimate relationships can be a powerful teacher and a catalyst for healing and growth.
Soul Tree Counseling & Wellness offers a supportive, nonjudgmental container for exploring difficulties such as relationship or marital problems, depression, anxiety, and stressful life transitions. Individuals from all walks of life partner with Soul Tree for coaching and counseling designed to help them gain clarity and perspective on their struggles and to develop effective, practical strategies for engaging with life and with the people they hold dear.
