I specialize in therapy that is both insight-oriented and solution-focused in a collaborating partnership with the client.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker helping men in Jacksonville, FL and all across Florida. I provide services both in-person and online. I specialize in supporting men through their mental health issues and guiding them to live fulfilling lives.
I'm here to help men overcome worries, anxieties, and fears as well as move forward from difficult emotions and situations. In Florida, I am one of the few mental health professionals who focuses primarily on men's issues.
Specialties include addictions/substance abuse, trauma-focused/PTSD therapy, military combat trauma, military sexual trauma (MST), personality disorders (i.e., borderline), anger management, stress management, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), marital distress, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
