For over two decades, Edward has believed in a commitment to mental health, every day for everybody everywhere. This commitment has helped transform the lives of many people he has met from different cultures and in various healthcare and mental health settings. Edward finds that his career and the people he has met continue to inspire his dedication to renew hope in the lives of individuals, who, in turn, he believes will bring about positive change in relationships, families, and communities for generations to come.

At Mental Health 365, Inc., clients discover a renewed sense of self-mastery through Edward's collaborative, coaching approach to therapy on their path to transformation. Clients learn about the Seven Dimensions of Transformational Living (7-DTL) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along that path. And many clients across life's spectrum have enjoyed this unique program to move from transition to daily transformation.

As daily change becomes a new reality for many, clients experience the synergistic effects of increasing skill to lean into new challenges. Additionally, they discover new insights, the ability to fine-tune efforts from experimentation with new routines, and better emotional equilibrium with deepening emotional awareness. Thus, each client's emerging self discovers a new meaning for a life well-lived. Of course, the time it takes and the extent of this evolution will vary among clients. However, along the path of transformation, each client benefits from a personalized, empathic, stepwise, and guided plan to attain the most important and life-affirming goals they are ready to accomplish. And if needed, clients engage and receive guidance from additional specialists to enhance their progress when required.

Dr. De La Loza and Mental Health 365, Inc. have partnered with Sanvello, a top-rated app, to assist clients with complimentary and full access to the number one mental health app, with over 3 million users. The Sanvello app, among others, can be a valuable tool to enhance therapy between sessions. In addition, Sanvello's resources, mood tracker, and community forums strengthen the ability of many clients to track progress, stimulate awareness and sustain motivation.

In addition to Edward working with individuals, he also teaches online classes to adult learners throughout the United States. The design of his online courses and approach to adult learners enhances maximum engagement, leading adult learners to realize their personal and professional potential. Participants:

1. Engage and learn new insights derived from relevant reading and multi-media materials.
2. Practice exercises during and between classes.
3. Benefit from the feedback and encouragement shared among peers during the exchange of ideas to promote skills development.

Edward has been collaborating with clients since 1997. He holds a Doctorate of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Behavioral Health. In addition, he is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, and he earned a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. Edward enjoys educating clients on an integrative approach to designing cognitive constructs and on how "microchange leads to substantive change." In short, clients learn they can develop transformative healthy habits of mind by "rewiring the brain" to result in new insights, emotional competencies, behaviors, and improved quality of life.

After Edward conducted his research in a Phenomenological Study of Mental Health Professionals' Lived Experience with Assessment and Treatment Planning of Youth at Risk for Suicide, his findings strengthened his commitment to clients across the lifespan. With new insights from his research, he became motivated and engaged in a new project to develop the Transformational Living Institute in La Jolla, CA. At the Transformational Living Institute, clients benefit from Edward's commitment to progressively interfuse the latest technology, resources, research, and creative strategies to enrich their well-being and ability to enhance collaborative relationships to promote positive change.

If you are ready for transformational living, reserve a complimentary consultation with Edward today and begin collaborating to accomplish your individual, group, or corporate goals.

Seminars and online classes are also available throughout the United States and are excellent for group or corporate online environments!
