About me
I am an experienced, down to earth, psychotherapist who provides individual counseling services to adolescents and adults. Much of my experience is in assisting clients with anxiety, depression, and anger. My office is located in a very private and comfortable home-like environment in Hagerstown, MD.
Ed received his Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland and has worked in the behavioral health field for over 25 years. While eclectic in his overall approach to providing clinical services, he draws from both cognitive-behavioral and solution focused brief therapy approaches to working with those he serves. He is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Outside of the office, he is very interested in music, coaching soccer, and playing golf. He enjoys his time with his wife and two children. Currently, I am an approved provider for multiple insurance companies.
