About me
I deliver culturally sensitive and bi-lingual psychotherapy to diverse individuals of all ages with unresolved trauma(s), co-dependence, depression, anxiety, grief, LGBTQ, and Visa (VAWA or U) related matters. Facilitate groups for individuals who have been affected by alcoholism, addiction, illness, hurtful or irresponsible behaviors including anger management issues, rage and abuse of parents and/or romantic partners.
I have been working in different capacities in the counseling field since 1995 and have the experience of being in the therapeutic process myself. Hence, I can truly appreciate the incredible vulnerability; courage and strength that it takes to take that first step and be engage in the process. I am struck by the profound transformation and healing that happens when one is able to be completely honest with oneself. Most importantly, when you feel truly and completely held, witnessed and heard in the therapeutic process. It is this marvel and respect that I strive to bring into my therapeutic relationship with you.
