I’m an experienced anxiety and stress expert who uses a holistic therapy approach to give women the tools they need so they can rise above anxiety and negative stress.
Hi, I’m Dr. B. I started The Brinkley Center in 2011 so I could offer women like you, practical, personalized, and science-based information and skills so you can rise above anxiety and negative stress. I draw upon neuroscience (brain science), your cultural background and beliefs/values, as well as feminist therapy to offer a holistic therapy approach – in essence, I look at the total you. I do this because I’ve sat in the same seat as you and through my own personal work and extensive training, I have some excellent information and skills (aka tools) I’d like to share.
In our sessions, yes, we do talk about feelings (all 3 types!), but our focus will be on behavioral change-you’ll need to start doing something different if you truly want the positive changes you say you want. Each session has homework that we both discuss and decide on; this is to help build traction and keep you moving forward. My clients are committed and ready to invest their time, money, and energy into this work. If this is you, call or email me today.
