ABOUT ME
"Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get." Such a true statement! Many of us have to "work with the cards we're dealt," even when those cards leave us feeling as if we have very few choices, and as if we have no control of our lives, but, isn't,"Life what you make it"? With that said, are you happy with life? Are you struggling with the chocolates in your box, or cards dealt you? I welcome the opportunity to offer new perspectives, that could assist in resulting in more life satisfaction!
I am a psychotherapist, author & Relationship Coach: Services offered include individual & family counseling, as well as, individual and group coaching. I am co- owner of a thriving outpatient mental health group practice in Maryland but I have added Better Help and other platforms to expand virtual therapy options for prospective clients.
I work with clients with a wide range of issues to include mood disorder, (Depression), anxiety disorder,
relationship issues, self-esteem/self- confidence issues, parenting problems, ADHD, anger management, social skills, communication issues and more. Additionally I specialize in trauma related to PTSD, sexual abuse and domestic violence. Clients include children, adolescents, teenagers and adults.
Whatever the area you are willing to target in order to gain new perspective, heal or to become empowered, I welcome the opportunity to serve.
Looking forward to your requests!
