I really appreciate her help so much. She has experienced similar things to me in her life and it really helps me mentally to know that I’m not alone and she can give me advice that actually works because it’s how she helped herself. I’ve worked with her for over a year I think and I am a completely different person now. I’ve changed so much mentally thanks to her guidance and encouragement. I’ve had 4 other therapists in the past and she’s the most effective person that’s ever helped me

Dr. Mitsianis has been an anchor to me in many places of my life. She helps me push past previous hurts and hurdles. Her advice and experience is well resourced with helpful documents and approaches. Her methods have been successful when I apply them each time. I feel inspired after everytime I talk to her! She is also very funny and a great listener. So thankful for the platform of betterhelp especially during these hard times. This is my first experience with therapy and it has made a profound impact in my life for the better. I feel much happier and loving to myself then I did a few months back when depression started to sink in.
