I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience who has devoted my career to helping adults with a myriad of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief and loss, women's issues, substance abuse, phase of life and adjustment challenges, low self-esteem, multicultural issues and relationship concerns.

I offer a warm, compassionate and safe environment to assist those in working through personal struggles, and I strive to empower patients to live their best lives. For more info, please see: www.drgolnazhansen.com.

Through the course of therapy, I will assist you in examining your problem, as well as will collaboratively assist in identifying goals and areas for improvement. In addition to the aforementioned treatment areas I focus on, I also work with patients on issues related to culture and gender. I provide evidence-based interventions, including CBT, ACT, and DBT.
I firmly believe that it takes a great deal of courage to reach out and ask for help, and I'm appreciative of the opportunity to connect with you and assist you in living your best life. My therapeutic techniques are derived from research supported strategies and interventions, and I am deeply committed to enhance your quality of life and well-being.
