I am an experienced clinical psychologist license in 1979 providing out-patient Psychotherapy for individuals couples and families. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy utilization of dialectical behavioral therapy coping skills, mindfulness practice training and solution oriented therapy. I treat presenting issues dealing with anxiety depression post traumatic stress disorder alcohol and drug abuse marital and divorce issues as well as stress management and adjustment disorder issues.

As a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Illinois, I am dedicated to offering the most innovative up-to-date evidence-based treatment available that I can possibly provide. As I work with couples individuals and families, my focus is on the mind-body experience of holistic interventions, techniques, and strategies. I believe the mind body and spirit all work together in manifesting behaviors that at the time seem to be most purposeful.
