About me
I provide collaborative, depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families seeking meaningful, values-aligned change.
I am the founder of Goodwell Practice, an intentionally small, online-only psychotherapy practice dedicated to relationally attuned, thoughtful care. After years of working in larger systems and group practices, I created Goodwell Practice to offer a more intentional and sustainable model of therapy, one that prioritizes depth over volume and genuine connection over rigid pacing.
My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and truth-centered. I work with adults navigating self-criticism, trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as couples and families working through relational ruptures, mistrust, infidelity, and complex dynamics. My style is exploratory and insight-oriented, often using thoughtful, well-timed questions to help clients deepen self-understanding and move toward meaningful, values-aligned change.
I maintain a deliberately small to medium-sized caseload to provide personalized, focused care. Services include traditional psychotherapy, time-limited concierge work, relational coaching, and AAMFT-approved supervision. This structure allows therapy to be guided by clinical judgment and each client’s unique needs rather than high-volume demands.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I provide culturally attuned care for clients navigating identity, minority stress, and relational challenges. I am also committed to culturally responsive work with BIPOC clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to create a space that feels grounded, intentional, and aligned with your growth.
