I am an experienced Internal Family Systems therapist with training and practice in meditation.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) (Level II trained) that is directed towards helping you become your own source of healing and growth. Each of us has parts that can be healed and a Self that is wise and compassionate. Trauma, attachment wounds, self-hate and feeling insecure about ourselves can frequently be at the root of our struggles.
