I specialize in helping adults with anxiety, trauma or difficulties in navigating career/life transitions.

While my therapeutic approach is rooted in psychoanalytic therapy, I also employ Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). EMDR is particularly effective in helping address painful experiences that often manifest in bodily symptoms, as well as facilitating progress in areas a client may feel stuck. I am passionate about helping clients feel better about themselves and achieve their desired goals.
