About me

Welcome to To Life! Counseling! I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping adolescents age 16+ and adults cope with trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and grief. Just as a Lotus flower planted in the dirtiest of water finds its way to the light to bloom, I believe that you can discover the light shining within, motivating you to grow, heal, and thrive.
Are you ready to begin your personalized journey of self-discovery and growth?

Our work begins with meeting you wherever you are on your journey. Our work takes place in a safe, calm place. An environment that fosters connection, acceptance, and trust creates the space for you to feel seen and heard. I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit and help you to find hope in your strengths.
A strengths based relational approach forms the foundation of our work. An individualized treatment plan utilizing evidence-based modalities might include; Strengths Based theory, Positive Psychology, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma model theory, or EMDR.

You will learn new coping skills beyond breathing techniques to regain control over your emotions and better manage distress. Effective coping skills equip and empower you to manage life challenges more effectively. Imagine living your life feeling empowered, stronger, and more confident in your abilities. Clients learn Emotional Freedom therapy (EFT) techniques such as tapping, to regulate their emotions and calm their bodies. You will learn new skills and strategies to promote enduring success.

With compassionate, direct, and authentic care you will recognize your strengths, regain confidence, and self-esteem. Compassionate, gentle confrontation and accountability will help you overcome barriers to healing. Quantitative assessments administered on 6- week intervals gauge our treatment progress and provide a snapshot of your success.

Are you ready to begin your personalized journey of self-discovery and growth? If you are motivated for treatment and are ready to work, then I am your therapist.
