Are you looking to grow in wisdom and compassion? For yourself? Your situation? Others? I provide support for adults who feel stuck or are in transition and want to develop in wisdom and maturity, love and compassion. Using mindfulness insight and other techniques, I encourage authentic living with awareness, gentleness, humor, creativity and courage.
I serve individual adults with anxiety, identity issues, major change, loss/grief, or depression. I specialized treatment for those with chronic pain or trauma is available. I am licensed in MD, VA and WV. On-line services available only.
For couples seeking to strengthen their relationship, and families seeking clarity about challenges, particularly around family care issues, I provide counseling services for private pay only.
