Diane is a trauma-informed psychotherapist and EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. She is experienced in working with adults struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), childhood trauma, behavioral addictions, anxiety, depression and intergenerational trauma. As an Asian-American psychotherapist, Diane is able to empathize with various struggles that comes with immigrant families.
Diane is able to seamlessly integrate trauma-informed therapy and utilizes evidence-based treatments including Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Attachment EMDR, Ego state therapy (Parts work), narrative, strength based therapy, CBT, and practices advanced level EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
Diane is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington and completed her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University and Bachelors of Arts from University of Washington. She began her career in Corporate America with over 10 years of experience in business and is well knowledgeable in blending real-life perspectives of mental health and business world.
