Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am an experienced mental health counselor dedicated to improving relationships and helping adults move past anxiety and depression.
I’m glad you are here. I’m a therapist and marriage counselor in Centerville, Utah.
I’ve always been interested in how we grow and develop. As a mother, I found great satisfaction in helping my children achieve and grow into their potential. When they started to leave home, I felt passionate about continuing to help others. Accordingly, I went back to school and became a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
Perhaps one reason that I am so passionate about helping people achieve their potential is because I know what it is like to feel stuck in survival mode. I also know what it is like to engage in psychotherapy and find a healing space where I could think and feel my way forward again.
If you’re looking for support through a challenging situation, or needing some help with anxiety, depression, or a relationship difficulty, I will be happy to bring my expertise as well as my personal experience to help you get back to living your life with with imagination, courage and integrity.
