I am in my mid 50s and have been practicing a long time. I do not believe in one modality for everyone. I believe that I need to tailor my assistance to what will work for you. I am very interactive as a therapist and do not believe that just sitting and listening will get you to your goals. It is a team effort.

I believe there is a place for listening empathetically, there is a place for humor and creativity. I love to work with clients who are on a spiritual path. I am very open to whatever that means to you. I believe it is important to feel a sense of purpose in life and a sense of connection. Of course, if that is not something you want, you may just find it in nature. I feel that I have been through many phases and experiences and hope to remind you of who you really are and the importance you bring to the world. I have helped many clients find their purpose and change their life to align more with their true calling. Sometimes our thinking gets us stuck. Depression is feeling boxed in by our life and anxiety is fear of our future. These things can be overcome. I have worked successfully with some patients who used ketamine clinics in extreme cases. I also work with alternative lifestyles including triad relationships and open relationships and LGBTQIA+ clients. What I know about the younger generation is that they are “system busters” and I have great respect for the work they are doing.

As for my generation we have our challenges as well. Things are changing fast and relationships are dissolving which can bring up fears. We have to learn to relate to our children who are operating in a different world than what we knew. I can help with these issues as well as health problems and chronic pain, which I know all too well.
