Primarily, I provide transformative Consultation to organizations wanting to recruit, consistently support, and commit to maintain Black employees. Our powerful and comprehensive plan examines organizational culture, reconfigures the structure to level the playing field among team members, and cultivates an adaptable system that fosters continued growth.

Also, I enthusiastically provide individual Life Coaching services. My curated strategies coupled with consistent implementation bring individuals closer to reaching their longer term goals

With a thorough assessment, willingness to learn from “hard-learned “ lessons, and commitment to developing sustainable strategies, both individuals and organizations are bound to meet their goals. The Director

Dr. D. Giovanni Scott, Psy.D is licensed as a Clinical Psychologist and holds licenses that span the DMV. She has worked in Mental Health for approximately 20 yrs. Dr. Scott also provides organizational talks on topics ranging from Depression to Boundary Management. She completed her Doctoral Degree and Clinical Training at The George Washington University. Prior to attending G.W, she obtained a Master's Degree in Counseling and began her education obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Vassar College.

Divine Diversity Elements (DDE) provides Life Coaching and Organizational Consultation. DDE utilizes a unique approach and method of partnering to bring about the change you are seeking. She has developed a unique strategy to help your company develop and sustain a strong pattern of growth.
