I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have years of experience offering traditional therapeutic support and intensive care to individuals, couples, and families.

My specialization is in relational concerns and intensive client care; I have years of experience working with individuals, couples, family dynamics and intensive cases addressing a wide variety of issues. I know that making the decision to come to therapy is a difficult one and I work to provide a safe and neutral environment within the therapy office for clients to share vulnerabilities, and take the desired steps toward change. I begin each client relationship with a comprehensive assessment to thoroughly understand the challenges, and will work collaboratively in setting goals to provide measurable structure to the process.
I have been trained in the most effective approaches and techniques in psychotherapy and I am an independently licensed clinician. I have completed an externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and am a leader in the intensive therapeutic services within the clinic. I am also a facilitator for the pre-marital PREPARE/ENRICH program.
