I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping a variety of populations overcome the challenges they may be facing.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. I have been described as supportive, caring, easy to talk to, and down to earth. I am naturally solution oriented, so I use a strength based approach to help clients overcome their obstacles. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
