I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in the mental health field helping adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, couple's counseling, stress, and many other issues.

I have been working in mental health as a social worker for 30 years; working with individuals from all walks of life, with a variety of challenging issues. Often times we can face our problems on our own, but sometimes it helps to have someone to listen and process the challenges we are facing. As a therapist, my philosophy is to listen to your story and meet you where you are at.
My passion is to help others build on their strengths, change troublesome thinking patterns, and find better ways to cope with what life throws your way. My approach to mental health and therapy is person centered. The techniques I use include: CBT, DBT, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and strengths based.
We all have trials in our lives. Sometimes we need someone there to provide guidance and support to get us through those challenges. Everyone wants to find meaning and purpose in their lives that fits their values and beliefs.
