I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy services to a variety of ages. In addition to counseling, I have a background in child development, as well as post-master's training in Ecosystemic family therapy and, most recently, IFS (Internal Family Systems). I love working with mothers who want to experience increased confidence, connection, and balance in their lives.
