I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Equus Coach who believes there is hope - hope to feel better, have improved relationships, be released from past trauma, and create a life that meets your heart's desire.

Being stuck, frustrated, afraid, shut down, in conflict with oneself, in conflict with others, or self-abusing in some capacity are all signs and symptoms of inner personal issues that need to be resolved. Once these issues are resolved, one is on their way to experiencing more personal freedom, contentment, and balance in their life than they may ever have thought possible.
I know from personal experience the challenges life can send our way and the importance of seeking support and assistance to get thru these challenges. For most of. my life, I have been committed to my own personal healing and growth and consider this a lifestyle that offers much opportunity for individual expansion. I have seen the quality of my own life and the quality of my relationships with others continue to improve as I continue to grow and evolve. I believe this is the process of becoming our best and truest self.
I have spent many years as a professional counselor helping individuals heal from eating disorders, anxiety and depression issues, personal growth issues, parenting issues, and career issues.
