I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified AODA Counselor. I have have worked with individuals with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, addictions, poor self-esteem, chronic medical conditions, financial difficulties, and relationship issues. I love helping people, and I feel it is a gift to journey through triumphs and challenges with individuals I counsel.

I generally use humanistic, client-centered, strengths-based, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral therapy modalities. However, my therapeutic approach is based on the individual, and I welcome feedback so I can best understand and address each person’s needs.
