I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and gained a Masters of Education with a focus in Mental Health Counseling. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilize the therapeutic technique to target a wide range of issues to include the treatment of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, some psychodynamic, motivational, and rational emotive therapy.
Through empathy, safe space, and non judgment, I will work alongside you to create goals and a plan to obtain those goals.
