About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified NLP Life Coach, and Christian Counselor. I have worked in various settings of change and growth, I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I am the founder and owner of Caterpillar Counseling LLC. My motto is " we make changes from the inside out." I believe counseling/therapy is a time of transformation, where the client gets to learn about themselves and develop into the person they were meant to be. My approach is to guide the client through the process of change and healing with the destination being resilience and security in self. As someone who has had many different experiences, I believe I bring a unique perspective and understanding to clients in being able to guide them effectively in their process of change.
