About me
I am the owner of Phoenix Behavioral Health, a small private practice, specializing in treating trauma, addictions, anxiety, and depression.
The phoenix is a symbol of hope, renewal, rebirth, immortality, solitude, and grace. Just like the phoenix emerges from its ashes, so can we after devastation and loss. The phoenix brings us hope and urges us to fight on. Today you are one step closer to a new you where you are feeling empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
We are here to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in our life. Together we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. With offices located in both Massachusetts and Louisiana, we are available for in-person services and telehealth .
In addition to traditional therapy we also offer coaching and biofeedback services.
