I am a mental wellness expert and trauma-specialist who can help you get relief from depression, anxiety, or PTSD--as well as issues related to intersectionality, identity and society.

Knowing you need help, does not mean it is easy to ask for it. Choosing a therapist that you feel comfortable with, who respects you and your communication style, and who recognizes what's great about you is so important. All of us go through stressful times where we feel overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. We wonder what we're doing wrong. Many of us are trying to make sense of life while living with diagnoses and/or traumatic events from our past. Many of us are still being traumatized because of our identity, our life circumstances, or both. It can feel like it's all too much. But, what if there IS hope? What if the future can be brighter, and you can have a life that you enjoy? Isn't it worth finding out?

As a wellness-focused therapist, my approach is personal and holistic, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mind/Body Medicine, Internal Family Systems, TFT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I specialize in helping adults overcome depression, anxiety, and trauma from all causes. You absolutely can feel better and enjoy more of life.

As your therapist, I can be with you through the rough patches, and help you access your own inner strength and wisdom while learning new skills and resources. Preventing and managing your stress, overwhelm, burnout and mental health symptoms means you can keep going. It means you can do the things that matter to you.

I look forward to working with you.
