Our clinical backgrounds include trauma informed care, as well as, eclectic approaches to meet the needs of the diverse community of clients we serve.
Our practice has been shaped by watching the healing benefits that arise from connection, knowledge, awareness, and skills building. We pull from many frameworks including Psychodynamic, Mind-Body Medicine, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Let's tailor our work together to meet your needs.
