About me
I work with individuals (11+) struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or individuals adapting to changes feel more in control of their symptoms.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. I assist and collaborate with my clients to identify areas they are struggling with and seeking therapy but also help them identify areas that are already working well for them or doing well with. I see myself as the person to help guide and educate my clients with learning new skills that help them move towards their overall goals.
I am currently seeing individuals ranging in ages from 11 and up to adult. I am currently seeing clients both in person at my Lexington location and telehealth for Kentucky residents. I have experience working with adults and children in the home, hospital, office, and school settings.
I understand that seeking therapy and finding a therapist that is a great fit can often be difficult and even intimidating.
