About me
I am a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens and adults.
Taking the first step towards your mental health enrichment can be intimidating. Part of my initial work with my clients is to discuss any mental health stigmas or fears that may be challenging for them as they begin their mental health journey. My focus is to work with you in creating a personalized treatment with goals that reflect your uniqueness.
I offer an empathic and genuine space to work on many different life stressors such as anxiety, adjustments to changed family dynamics, or difficulty with feelings of self-worth. Life stressors come in many different ways and severity and can leave us feeling burnt out and overwhelmed.
In my course of therapy, I take on a very collaborative and integrative approach with my clients during their mental health journey. Together we work on moving to a place of empowerment where your struggles are not your weaknesses but rather your strengths. I offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions to individuals residing in the state of Texas.
