I am passionate about helping people flourish within difficult and complex circumstances while challenging people to hold kindness for themselves.
I believe in establishing a positive and caring therapeutic relationship with people to create an environment where people can achieve their personal goals. I view my clients as experts of their own experiences, so I work to empower and equip them to be agents of change in their own lives. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, adventuring in National Parks, making art, and playing board games.
