Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I am a Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is passionate in helping women of all ages battling grief and anxiety.
Grief can be difficult to speak about. Many may not have a safe place to grieve and flush out the complicated emotions surrounding their loss. My hope is that through our time together you will be able to unpack the difficult emotions surrounding your personal
loss and let go of unrealistic demands to “be strong.” We will explore personal thoughts and feelings of your particular grief, be it loss of a loved one, relationship, or dream and work toward healing.
As your counselor, I listen to your story and help you discover personal strengths to facilitate change. Whether you’re hoping to manage anxiety or walking through grief; we will address debilitating thoughts and behaviors hindering growth in your life.
Together, change is possible.
Currently, I offer solely Telehealth (online sessions) via a secure video platform.
