I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervisor designation. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and helping them through a variety of presenting concerns and enjoying helping clients cope with anxiety.
Guiding Steps Counseling and Consultation Services, LLC is currently offering office and telehealth services to children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings that include community mental health, school-based, and private practice. I have experience treating a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, anger, and life transitions and stressors. I value the therapeutic relationship as a driver for the therapeutic process and use an eclectic approach to treatment including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, self-regulation skills and more.
