About me
I 100% believe in the power of therapy and in the power of human connection. No one should have to navigate life’s stressors alone.I am currently completing my Master's Program for Marriage, and Family Therapy, and super excited to support you in becoming your best self.
As someone who grew up in a nontraditional household, my goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, comforting place, free of judgement where clients can heal their inner child. My approach to therapy is through a holistic, narrative, and person-centered lens that is collaborative and egalitarian. Cultural sensitivity is crucial to me, as I want everyone to feel heard and understood. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives, but I also believe that it is okay to seek help when we are stuck and do not know our next steps. I have strong interests in areas regarding complex trauma, systemic issues regarding Black and People of Color, navigating life transitions, womxn and gender issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I am also open to incorporating spirituality if it aligns with the client.
