I am an experienced marriage and family therapist who enjoys helping adult individuals and couples deal with anxiety, difficult life transitions, and problematic relationship dynamics.

Life doesn't always roll the way we would like. Stress lurks all around us these days. I'm here to help you utilize practical coping strategies for the curve balls life may be tossing at you. I encourage goal-setting early in our work together, which serves as a place to start, and a bit of a road map to guide our work.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples are ready to do the work to get to a better place in their own mental and emotional health. For individuals, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method.

Currently, my practice is fully dedicated to online and phone sessions. I find it so much more effective for meeting people where they are, without the hassles and added costs involved with a brick & mortar clinical setting. Since COVID, we've learn to adapt to this change, and I like the access to care that it has opened up to more people.
